A new Chevy-themed car has recently been spotted running on EPCOT's Test Track attraction. According to Inside the Magic, this new shiny blue car may be part of a whole brand new fleet of cars for the attraction.
Test Track is sponsored by General Motors. Chevrolet vehicles are produced by General Motors, so this explains the Chevy logo popping up on the train all of a sudden. Inside the Magic also provided us with a link to a picture of the fancy new trains snapped by Twitter user @shawnathon33.

As you can see, the nose of the train features the Chevrolet insignia as well as a modern body style. Inside the Magic pointed out that the front of the new Test Track car is very similar to the front of the Chevy Volt car, however, the rest of the car bears no resemblance to the actual Chevy car.
Besides the cosmetics of the front of the car, the electronic display inside the new Test Track cars has also undergone a bit of a change. According to Theme Park Tourist the display has been improved and now looks better than before. Other than that the new cars are not all that different from the old ones.
This upgrade is fueling the rumor of a major upgrade to Test Track according to Inside the Magic. The current rumor is that the attraction may get a major theming overall which would result in the ride focusing on the manufacturing of cars instead of the testing of them. However, at the moment Disney has provided no information about the prospect of these rumors being true.
