A company that helps theme parks figure out how much to charge visitors is now suing SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment for breach of contract and alleging it’s owed about $157,000.
Pricetag USA, based in Atlanta, filed the lawsuit seeking more than $15,000 in Orange Circuit Court earlier this month.
According to a 2017 agreement, Pricetag was to help SeaWorld with its dynamic prices at five of its parks across the country. A second agreement in 2018 was reached for Discovery Cove in Orlando, the lawsuit said.
However, SeaWorld suspended the work for the five parks without formally terminating the agreement, according to the lawsuit.
