This is one slide that's not an official attraction at the Six Flags Great Escape water park in Upstate New York.
A Springfield woman is suing Six Flags over a 2019 incident where she slipped on a hill covered in "geese feces" and broke her ankle, according to a lawsuit filed last week in U.S. District Court.
The woman was visiting the Queensbury, N.Y., resort with her family in July 2019 when she was injured. While enjoying the indoor water park, the woman asked a Six Flags employee for directions to the outdoor water park, which is located across a local highway from the Great Escape hotel. The employee directed her out an emergency exit leading to a small, grassy hill, the lawsuit says.
