There are many interpretations for a figure eight. Race fans may see the symbol as a track with a cross over. If you are a mathematician you may look at it and see infinity. But now people in the Bay Area in Northern California will associate the figure eight with a roller coaster. In the summer of 2018 Six Flags Discovery Kingdom opened a new roller coaster in the form of a giant 62 foot tall figure eight called Harley Quinn Crazy Coaster. This is the first installation of a Skywarp model by Skyline Attractions. The ride has two trains facing each other, the seats are facing back to back similar to a giant loop train. The ride starts with the trains propelled in opposite directions. Each time the trains pass the tires propell the trains further along the track gaining energy until they are ripping around the full 362.5 foot long circuit. As the trains make their way around they carene past each other on a near miss course with this Suicide Squad Super Villain. When the ride has concluded try and determine which way is up and which way is down, and did I just ride an inversion record  roller coaster?
