If you were operating a theme park and installing your first coaster how would you theme it? Would you look towards mythology, popular cartoons, a hero, a villain, or something totally unique for your park. Well if you are Bon Bon Land in Denmark you would choose a dog fart. That’s right, Hundeprutterutchebane translated into English is dog farting coaster. This family coaster is a Zierer Force - One model that has an odd dog theme to it. The train is shaped to look like a dog, the lead car has a head and paws, and the rear car looks like the rear end of a dog complete with tail. The coaster interacts with the scenery built around it as well. There is a giant dog house the coaster passes though, that is complete with sound effects of a dog passing gas. As you pass around the dog house there is a large sculpture of a dog with a few bones to chew on. The dog is portrayed lifting his leg to a tree and there are several dog piles below him.

This comical coaster takes three laps of the 413.3 foot track, and a regains its energy each lap by utilizing a booster wheel lift. The maximum height of the coaster is 14.8 feet, and the max speed is 18.6 MPH. The track is basically two ovals linked together with a slight bank and a few dips. So just remember you might think dog farts are gross, but kids love it. Be sure to check out the dogfart flavor candy in the gift shop too.
