Toverland is home to the best Vekoma Boomerang in the world, I know what you are thinking but it is true. Toverland’s Boomerang is a delightfully colorful indoor custom junior coaster. The Boomerang was renamed to Toos-Express after the mascot of Toverland. The lead car is shaped to look like a cartoon train engine, and the track twists and turns through one of Toverland’s two large indoor kids areas called The Land of Toos. The ride itself passes by many of the twelve other attractions in this themed area including the tea cups, swinging carousel, and play grounds. Boomerang has a booster wheel lift that propels the train up to the top of the nearly 40 foot tall ride. The train moves along at a swift max speed of 37 MPH, and does several banked turns and airtime hills. Most of the action happens low and close to the ground as the train interacts with its surroundings. The layout is similar to Arrow’s classic mine trains. The ride duration is 52 seconds and it chugs along 1,049.8 feet of track, and best of all there are lap bars, so no headbanging.
