A California federal judge approved a $65 million settlement for investors who said SeaWorld had misled them over how much the documentary “Blackfish” hurt the company financially.
The agreement, previously disclosed in a SEC filing in February, marked the end of a six-year legal battle between Orlando-based SeaWorld and its investors. As part of the agreement, SeaWorld did not admit any wrongdoing. FULL STORY

There is no firm reopening news to share about Busch Gardens Williamsburg, a spokesperson for the park said Friday. The park has remained closed since the beginning of the pandemic in March. The park's calendar says it will be open on July 29, but the park spokesperson says the calendar's hours don't mean anything until a reopening date is announced. Masks will be required at Holiday World and Splashin' Safari starting on Monday, July 27, according to a press release from the theme park. The Santa Claus, Indiana attraction said the requirement follows Governor Eric Holcomb's statewide mask mandate for Indiana, which was issued on July 22. Guests will be required to wear masks or face coverings when they enter the park and any time they go into an indoor space, like roller coaster stations, gift shops and restrooms.
