Clementon Park and Splash World to be revived by new owner after 18-month closure
An amusement park that closed here 18 months ago is expected to reopen under new ownership.
Clementon Park and Splash World will be revived later this year by an Indiana firm that bought the regional attraction for more than $2.6 million, according to a party involved in the sale.
A division of Indiana Beach Amusement and Water Park was the top bidder at an auction Tuesday, said Capital Recovery Group LLC, a Connecticut firm that arranged the sale.
